The work locations are non-profit, Sub-Acute Skilled Nursing centers and/or hospitals. Pay rates vary by location due to the cost of living in the subjective state, but are higher than the official USA prevailing wages set by the government. Placement is determined after the Visa interview, approximately one month before deployment.
